Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until combined.
- Stir in cream until combined. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Sprinkle mixture over pumpkin mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
