Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into chips
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound cod fillets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the chips in the air fryer basket and spray with oil. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Dredge the cod in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg. Coat in the panko and spice mixture.
- Place the cod in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve with the chips and lemon wedges.
