Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, oranges, etc.)
- Assorted cookies, crackers, and/or biscotti for dipping
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the orange juice and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the orange liqueur (if using).
- Transfer the melted chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or a heat-proof bowl that can be placed on a warming plate.
- Keep the fondue warm over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with fresh fruit and assorted cookies, crackers, and/or biscotti for dipping.
