Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Pour the marinade into a large resealable bag, add the chicken breasts, and massage the bag to coat the chicken in the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Once the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Brush the chicken with the honey mixture during the last few minutes of cooking to give it a nice glaze.
  8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
