Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, 1/4 cup flour, lemon juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
