Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped, toasted nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk until combined.
  2. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, stir pudding and top with chopped, toasted nuts, if desired.
