Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 slices bacon
12 whole water chestnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice.
Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, reserved pineapple juice, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap each piece around a water chestnut.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Add the pineapple chunks and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
