Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, salt, and pretzel crumbs until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 15 minutes.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until fully combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
