Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, sugar, salt, and pretzel crumbs until fully combined.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream before serving.

Key limes are smaller and more tart than traditional limes.
This pie can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can substitute graham cracker crumbs for the pretzel crumbs for a more traditional flavor.
