Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onions are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chili beans, black beans, corn, beef broth, taco seasoning mix, cumin, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
