Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
2 eggs
1 can of SPAM
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or cooking oil
Directions
Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add your butter or cooking oil.
Crack both eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, toast your two slices of white bread.
Once the eggs are done, place them on one of the slices of toast.
Open the can of SPAM and cut into thin slices.
Place the SPAM slices on the other slice of toast.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the slices of toast together to make your sandwich and enjoy!
