Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in frozen cranberries.
- Pour into cooled crust. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
