Ingredients
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups frozen cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually blend in sweetened condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in frozen cranberries.
Pour into cooled crust. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
