Ingredients
1 lb linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the ham and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the oregano, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine. Serve the linguine with the mushroom and ham mixture.
