Ingredients
1 pound pork, cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
2 cups clams, cleaned and scrubbed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the pork cubes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and onion and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the white wine and stir to combine.
Add the clams and stir to combine.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot over cooked rice or pasta.
