Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
4 flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is fully cooked and browned.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin and stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Fold the tortillas in half and press down lightly.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the folded tortillas.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
