Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 4 flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is fully cooked and browned.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas in half and press down lightly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the folded tortillas.
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
