Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon My Hop syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, melted butter, My Hop syrup, and orange zest until combined.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a greased skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, ladle the batter onto the hot skillet and cook until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Serve immediately with butter and additional My Hop syrup, if desired.
