In a medium bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork shoulder in a shallow baking dish, and pour the sauce over the pork. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove the pork from the oven and shred with two forks. Place the shredded pork onto the hamburger buns.
