Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, brown sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and pour over the graham cracker crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool before cutting into bars.
