Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (10-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the condensed soup, hash browns, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and stir to combine.
