Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. Coat chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Add the wine, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in the basil and cook for 1 minute.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite pasta.
