Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup lychees, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
