Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Pesto
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, pesto, onion, celery, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together until all ingredients are well blended.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center.
