Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Pesto
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, pesto, onion, celery, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix together until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center.
