Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of Chinese cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of carrots, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, onion, carrots, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
