Ingredients
- 1/2 head of Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of carrots, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, onion, carrots, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
