Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (7-ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (16-ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the tuna, egg noodles, vegetables, and mushrooms.
