1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
In another bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and spinach.
Spread each tortilla with the butter mixture, then sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
