Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and spinach.
- Spread each tortilla with the butter mixture, then sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Roll up the tortillas and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
