Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Optional: 2 Tablespoons pectin
Directions
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If desired, stir in the pectin and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool completely.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
