Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the potatoes with the melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the potatoes once halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve.
