Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of boneless lamb leg, trimmed and cubed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb.
  2. Prepare a medium-high heat grill. Place the lamb cubes on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning often, until the lamb is cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the glaze is thickened.
  4. Brush the glaze over the lamb cubes and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the grilled lamb with your favorite sides.
