Ingredients
- 2 lbs of boneless lamb leg, trimmed and cubed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb.
- Prepare a medium-high heat grill. Place the lamb cubes on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning often, until the lamb is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the glaze is thickened.
- Brush the glaze over the lamb cubes and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the grilled lamb with your favorite sides.
