Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and black pepper and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, cilantro, and parsley and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the fish and olives and cook until the fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Serve over couscous.
