Ingredients
- 4 cups of kale, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup of peanuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon of lime zest
Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the kale and peanuts. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and lime zest.
- Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve warm.
