Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, white wine, chicken broth, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.

The herbs used in this recipe are classic Italian herbs, but you can substitute any herbs you have on hand.
