Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 3-4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the asparagus and trim off the ends.
- Lay the prosciutto slices on a cutting board and place the asparagus spears on top. Wrap each spear with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the oven and top with minced garlic and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve immediately.
