Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) package elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the macaroni with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni and vegetables to the dressing and stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
