Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped

Directions
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until fragrant and onions are translucent.
- Add julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu). Stir-fry until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and protein.
- Add the soaked and drained rice noodles to the wok. Toss everything together to combine.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are heated through and evenly coated with the sauce.
