Ingredients
- 8 taco shells
- 1 pound of spaghetti
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: chopped fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
