Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until blended. Add the egg and vanilla and whisk until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the oats and trail mix.
Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
