Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to the skillet and sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the mushrooms are softened.
Add the white wine and reduce until the liquid is almost completely evaporated.
Reduce the heat to low and add the cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Serve over pasta or rice.
