Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup mini-marshmallows
  • 8 4-ounce jars with lids, sterilized

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the brown sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Add the pecans and corn syrup, and stir until combined.
  5. Fill each jar with the mixture, leaving a 1/2 inch of space from the top.
  6. Top each jar with mini-marshmallows.
  7. Place the jars on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
