Hot Coffee Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add powdered sugar to the butter and beat until combined.
3. Add cocoa powder and mix until combined.
4. Add cooled coffee, a tablespoon at a time, beating until light and fluffy.
5. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
