Ingredients

  • 4 cups of squash, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced squash and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the sautéed squash and onions to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
