Ingredients
- 4 cups of squash, diced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced squash and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sautéed squash and onions to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
