Mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add the ribs and toss to coat.
Place the ribs in a large baking dish. Pour the chicken broth into the pan, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely browned.
