Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add the ribs and toss to coat.
  3. Place the ribs in a large baking dish. Pour the chicken broth into the pan, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are nicely browned.
