Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shelled peas
  • 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peas, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, olive oil, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and serve.
