Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place peeled and pitted peaches in an ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Pour brandy over the top of the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until peaches are tender.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
