Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh lobster, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the lobster and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet with the lobster.
  6. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is heated through.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
