Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the cream until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
