Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the cream until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
