Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8 minutes.
- Add the paprika, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
