Add the ground beef, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8 minutes.
Add the paprika, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
