Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended. Gradually add melted chocolate, beating until blended.
- Pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Mix sour cream and remaining sugar and spread over cheesecake. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool for 1 hour before removing sides of pan.
