2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1/3 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended. Gradually add melted chocolate, beating until blended.
Pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set.
Mix sour cream and remaining sugar and spread over cheesecake. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until center is set.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool for 1 hour before removing sides of pan.
