Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the mashed banana.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until center is almost set.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan and remove the sides of the pan. Cool completely.
Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
