Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the mashed banana.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan and remove the sides of the pan. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
