Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally.
- Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
