In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Add the bacon back to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until it is the desired consistency.
Transfer the jam to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
