1/2 cup diced bell pepper

Directions
Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.

Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add frozen peas and cooked prawns. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
Serve hot.
