Ingredients
- 1 package udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 lb cooked prawns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add frozen peas and cooked prawns. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Serve hot.
